In order for your subscription to be approved, open the email I just sent you and click in "confirm". This is to verify that the email address you provided is correct.
You need to do this within 5 minutes for it to work. If you don’t do it within that time, you won’t be able to subscribe…
If you don’t receive that email…
Check your spam folder as well as the “Social” and “Promotions” sections (for Gmail). If you find me there, move me to your inbox, the primary one. That will ensure, you receive my newsletter in the right folder. You will get a thumbs up and my love!
If you access your email through a client like Apple Mail, it’s common for this message to be automatically deleted and never reach you. Bl*dy Apple… I recommend that you don’t use it for my newsletter, especially Apple Mail.
Sign up again (you can use the box at the bottom of the page) and pay special attention to the email address. It’s very common to make a mistake when typing the email address.
You can also try to add me to your contact list as: Name: Vicente Valencia, email: vvalencia@theantagonist.co and wait a few minutes.
If you have used a corporate email address, something like yourname@youremployer.com, the problem is usually on your end – you know… those terrible IT guys – and you’ll have to sign up using your personal email address.
If none of that works, please wait. It may take a few minutes longer, especially during peak traffic times. I heard once, that, it took up to a couple of hours… that’s life.Â
